Game Log:  20 October 2006 - 2 March 2009

Operating
Turn 55
Start Town:  31=Tredegar; End Town: 5=Barry or Penarth
Final Run to end the Game: Lee(44+1mt pays Kevin 1) roll 2,4,5,4,5,4,5,4,5,4; Kevin(34+1mt) roll 4,3,4,6,3,4,5,4,3; Andy (36+1mt pays Kevin 2, Chris 1, Lee 2) roll 5,6,1,5,3,4,4,2,4,4: Kevin arrives first in 9 rolls; and Andy 2nd in 10 rolls: Lee is close behind.
Final Result: Winner Lee, 2nd Dave, 3rd Kevin, 4th ChrisB, 5th Andy. Well done to everyone for staying the course.
Operating
Turn 54
Start Town:  34=Dowlais; End Town: 31=Tredegar
Last town to visit and then a return to the Docks! Kevin (17+2mts) roll 4,2,5; ChrisB (9 pays Andy 3) roll 3,4,4; Andy (9) roll 5,3,4: ChrisB & Andy arrive on the same roll before Kevin; and ChrisB gets it because of his higher cash.
Operating
Turn 2
Start Town:22= Cross Keys: End Town: 55= Pontypridd
Three racing: Andy (pays Lee 6, Dave 4)( distance=53 via S10&R14), Lee (pays Andy 9) ( distance=22 via W21), & Kevin (pays Andy 9, Lee 6)( distance=20 via W21 & R20)
The odds were never in Andy's favour with a 53 route vs 22 or 20 - Lee rolls 3,4,2,5,2,2,1,5=23; Kevin rolls 5,4,2,4,5=20; Andy rolls 4,2,5,3,5,4,4,5=33. So Kevin arrives 1st at Pontypridd in 5 die rolls (£20), and Lee arrives 2nd in 8 die rolls (£10): Andy admires the scenery.
Extensions: Andy extends through the mountains SE of Caerphilly (cost 10); Lee follows to S coast to join Chris (cost 2+1 to Chris); Dave joins Andy from the mountains NW of Aberamam, (unable to do more since limited to 10%) (cost 4+1 to Andy); Kevin links to Cardiff & runs parallel to Chris not quite reaching  Cardiff Docks due to lack of funds (cost 1+1+2 to Chris) (to the Docks would cost another 1+2); Chris almost reaches Andy north of Cardiff (cost 2)

Turn 1
Everyone wants random die rolls for running trains, & the preference seems to be no town more than once except for the Docks/Main towns etc - so all towns will be run to once, and the winner will be the highest cash score when all are completed.
Start Town: 2= Methyr, Dowlais, Brynmawr, Pontypool or Newport: End Town: 22= Cross Keys
Only Andy decided to operate this route (Newport-Cross Keys distance 10) - so with die rolls: 6,2,4 reaches the destination to score 20 using only his own track: No-one scores the remaining 10.
Turn 0: 6 joined in October 2006. We are off earlier than planned 18 October 2006
