JeffL advances Northish from Anui in an attempt to reach Kimchon, however he can't afford any additionsal Build and Kimchon is limited to 4 spurs anyway until Urbanised. Also by not continuing his track from Ulchin this now becomes available to anyone. MrCay unfortunately can't build either so misses this late opportunity. Snoozefest Urbanises Chonan=D - two purple immediately placed and replaced by red/red on the Table, he then uses the spare track to connect Ulchin to Wonju. Production irrelevant on the last turn.
