All start with an extra $10
Towns start off with 1 goods, but lose it if they are urbanised. Cities each have 2 goods to start.
Mountains = $5, Rivers/Swamp = $4
Eastern Cities: Duluth, Minneapolis, Des Moines, St Louis, Memphis, Vicksburg & New Orleans, & Kansas if urbanised.
Western Cities: Seattle, San Francisco & Los Angeles & Portland or San Diego if urbanised.

Building track: Railroads MUST start at one of the Eastern or Western Cities. The first time a Western City gets connected to an Eastern City, then $4 income is split between the railroads that connect them. Track must be contiguous until East meets West.
